Job Description:

As Project Manager you will be part of the Project Delivery Service and report to your Team Lead. Project Delivery Services delivers IT projects in many areas: from infrastructure, lifecycle to applications.
For this particular project you will report to the Head of Purchase, IT Contract & Vendor Management.

Key responsibilities

• Leads project delivery from beginning to end;
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders;
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard;
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;
• Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
• Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;
• Liaise with client and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;
• Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks,
• Be a key member of the overall Project Delivery Services Team

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in hybrid work regime: remotely and minimum 2 days/week on site.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience with project management
• Working proficiency (C1) in Dutch, French and English
• Certification of ITIL, PMP, Prince2 and SCRUM Evaluation criteria
• Knowledge of public procurement law
• Experience within the Public Sector
• Experience working in the IT sector
• Experience with similar complex projects
• Experience in facilitating Steerco, project update meetings and guide resources
