About the company:

Our client is an international digital media organization that develops and manages innovative tools supporting editorial and communication teams across multiple brands. Their in-house technology enables the creation and delivery of newsletters and push notifications to a large global audience. The team is growing rapidly and is looking for a Fullstack Developer to strengthen their digital publishing platform.

Job Description:

You’ll play a vital role in enhancing usability, optimizing workflows, and driving innovation in a fast-evolving digital environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality digital products with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Collaborating closely with product owners to refine the product vision and propose new features or improvements, including AI-driven solutions.
  • Working in an agile environment, performing technical analyses, and ensuring clear documentation.
  • Supporting colleagues by testing and analyzing new functionalities.
  • Taking ownership of your work while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

The team operates in a hybrid setup, with two days per week on-site in Antwerp and the remaining days remote.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, ideally with a stronger focus on front-end development.
  • Strong skills in React with TypeScript, .NET Core (Entity Framework), PostgreSQL, Figma, and solid understanding of design principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive and quality-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Dutch is an advantage).
  • Willingness to work on-site in Antwerp twice a week.

Nice to have (or willingness to learn):
Experience with xUnit, Mocha, MJML, RabbitMQ, Git, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Datadog (or Application Insights).
